The hotel had spacious, very nice & clean rooms that were comfortable during our stay, but lacked a charging station by the bed. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. The location was very close to everything we wanted to see, including Lake Erie. The dining experience was ok, not great, and the breakfast items were not appropriately replenished. Overall, a lovely stay with some room for improvement.

I had an amazing two-day unplanned vacation in a winter wonderland at this hotel. The room was ready for us upon arrival, and we even got a surprise upgrade to a room next door with better features. However, I might consider other options next time due to the variety available in the area.

The hotel rooms were clean and had plenty of hot water for a shower, but my card was mistakenly double charged which caused inconvenience. The lack of a charging station near the bed was a bit frustrating, although there was one on the desk.
